The Bunker: Grand Final

The Bunker: Grand Final

The Bunker Collective showcases the best local and global spoken word talent, taking the stage to have their say and share stories spanning the personal and political through powerful lyrical flow.

The Bunker Series all culminates into this afternoon of energy and emotion. Finalists will perform in front of a live audience and a panel of three judges. This year’s feature performer at the Bunker Finale is Loki Liddle. Loki has been branded one of Australia's most dynamic spoken word artists, emphatically delving into the social contexts surrounding self awareness, identity and love through his tongue-in-cheek performance, equal parts theatre, comedy and skilful orator. Whether you are new to spoken word or a die-hard fan, the raw power of these performances is guaranteed to stay with you forever.

The Bunker Series is a collaboration between Peripheral Arts and Writers Republic, who will again be hosting a signature series of events including workshop opportunities, competitive heats and guest performances all leading up to this ‘Finale Event’ held at The Imperial Hotel, Eumundi.

Whether you come along as a performer, a workshop participant or as a member of the audience, this series is guaranteed to ignite a love of stories and blow you away with the power of performance.
