TOY

TOY

TOY is an interactive installation for families that examines diversity in toys.

This gender neutral workshop allows children to build alternative toys of their dreams, providing a creative space to explore fluidity and multiplicity against the backdrop of traditional gendered roles and responsibilities.

TOY challenges dominant structures and encourages children to explore their own identity without being limited by outside pressures.

At this free creative development showing, we will test some of the participatory and play elements of the work.

Creative Team: Lenine Bourke, Tristan Meecham, Sam Routledge, M’ck McKeague, Keira Leike and Busty Beats.
